So, if you know you are going to the Urology office. Please DO NOT urinate before coming in... do not go pee outside in the hall, in the bathroom, behind a tree etc.
IF you are there for gross hematuria (visible blood in the urine) or microhematuria (blood only visible with microscope) or difficulty urinating or retention. THEN I have to prove this with tests done ON your urine.. I CAN'T do that if you urinated before coming in.
